Job Summary:
As an HR Partner at Flipkart, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational success by building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of business goals and objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key HR initiatives, such as employee training and development programs, compensation and benefits reviews, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee satisfaction, well-being, and work-life balance.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Familiarity with e-commerce or technology industry is a plus.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is desirable but not required.
