About the position:
We are seeking to hire a passionate Software Engineer to build and maintain features for our
flagship Zenarate Platform. With the use of AI technology, the Zenarate Platform is revolutionizing
the way customer-facing personnel learn and are coached, dramatically improving performance.
The successful candidate will use their experience with Software Engineering and use multiple
technology stacks to design, build, maintain, and test new and existing features to improve the
platform.
Responsibilities:
● This position is responsible for Collaborating with a team of Javascript and front-end
developers to design, develop, and maintain web-based applications
● Design and build scalable systems
● Work on building progressive web apps forked-off open-source frameworks
● Work closely with PMs, architects, UX designers, and backend developers to implement
elegant frontend
● Investigate performance/scalability bottlenecks and (re)write code with performance
optimization in mind
● Identify libraries and technologies that solve our problems and/or are worth
experimentation
Basic Requirements:
● 3+ years of working experience on React.js and its core principles.
● Thorough understanding of React.js Design patterns.
● Knowledge of React tools including Redux, Router, and Webpack.
● Experience in HTML, CSS3 & Responsive design
● Solid knowledge of javascript and css3, bootstrap.
● Prior experience working on enterprise web applications is a plus.
● Knowledge of working with RESTFul APIs
● Needs to be able to produce code in a fast-paced environment
● Basic understanding of SASS.
● Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest will be an add-on.

● CS, IT, or an equivalent degree from a respected university.
